We believe that quality wine comes from quality grapes and that is why we carefully mature all 2500 acres of our vineyards. Our Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards are located in Paso Robles. Large temperature swings throughout the day, which preserve the acidity of the fruit and wine, are common for this region. These cool evenings and warm days create a longer growing season, allowing grapes to ripen to perfection. We employ artisan winemaking practices, such as gentle pressing and small barrel aging to craft world-class deeply concentrated and intensely flavored wines. Estancia Cabernet Sauvignon displays dense black currant, lush chocolate, and dark cherry fruit flavors, followed by a long, supple finish.
Rather sharp finish for a Cabernet.
