Our Zinfandel comes from various old vineyard scattered throughout the highlands and hillsides of Mendocino County. Many of the vineyards are still farmed by 3rd and 4th generation Italian-Americans and the wine is aged in a combination of French and American oak for 24 month to soften the tannins and add complexity.
blackberry spice with hints of toasty oak combines with flavors of sweet plum and ripe raspberry to the Zinfandel into a generous mouth feel. with rich tannins you enjoy a long, lingering finish.
