Salento forms the Southernmost part of Puglia and flanks the Adriatic and Ionian Seas for over 100 km. Primitivo grapes ripen very early in the season, giving the wine a deep, intense red color, full body and unique mineral bouquet with undertones of cherries and plums.

This wine needs time to breathe. It’s hot a first, but then opens up immaculately into a spicy, yet delicate swath of delicious abundance.
Pleasant with the likes of lighter cheeses and fresh grilled shrimp.
